Sierra Wildman Christy has now done 3 permanent bracelets on me! She has the best selection and I love that I can find her on a regular basis at her studio. I had a medical procedure and had to remove my first 2 bracelets and she was happy to re-weld them for me! She even let me know when she had the super cute camera charm in stock because she knew I wanted one! My daughter got an anklet that she loves as well! She is honestly the best and so much fun to chat with!

R Yescas I went in there to get an earring fixed and the gentleman was so sweet and fast to repair the earring it literally took about 3 minutes. He explained that it just needed to be tightened and did NOT charge me! So I will be baking cookies as a thank you! My new favorite jewelry place, and will definitely be recommending them!

To begin, the store carries an entire section of exquisite estate jewelry, which spans several time periods. In addition, a majority of the store showcases new designs that are elegant, unique, and far from cookie-cutter. Another major attribute is how the people working at this store (comprised of mostly family and long held staff) are genuinely personable, professional, experts in their field, and reliable. I know someone who more recently had her engagement ring redesigned at this store and although excited about the look decided on, expressed that the results even surpassed her initial high expectations. After being told about Estate Jewelers, by a coworker, I personally have been a loyal customer for over ten years. Throughout that time, I have purchased items and brought jewelry in for repair. Emily Arnott My fiance and i went 3 weeks ago. We were initially just looking until i fell in love with one ring. Went back three weeks after initially looking and the staff remembered us. They’re extremely kind and helpful with discussing all of our financial options without making you feel trapped into one option. The older gentleman was extremely kind and talked with us throughout the whole process with stories he had relating to things about my fiance and i. which was a very nice conversation to have while debating financial options. they have a very wide selection of rings. all very good quality and a ton of lab made designs. if ever we were to get a new ring/ add bands i’d absolutely go back to this place! really good experience overall. they also weren’t bothered when i asked to try on a ton of different ring styles and options. very patient people and all so kind. also extremely reasonably priced with good deals depending how you pay!

Maggie C What a cool shop. The owner is a gemologist. He has some great estate jewelry. I bought a beautiful turquoise ring. I thought it was jade.He really has a mix of items. Really something for everyone. Things for the home and petsonal type gifts. Very unique store, you need to stop in if you are in Windsor.
