1 /5 Lisa Mills: Terrible experience, this is the most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with. They obviously screen their phone calls so that they don’t have to deal with their employees mistakes and don’t want to take accountability. I’ve reported this business to the Better Business Bureau because of their unprofessional attitude. I don’t even rate them a 1. But they don’t give an option of 0.

1 /5 Ana Corona: I had a terrible experience with them sadly. They lost my w-2 and I was constantly ignored when I tried to reach them. Its been a couple a weeks since I was supposed to recieve my taxes and I havent gotten gotten them yet. Very dissapointed.
