I found his representation lacking in diligence, communication, and strategic competence. Critical issues were overlooked, and I felt more like a case number than a client. When you’re facing serious legal challenges, you need someone who will advocate with integrity and precision—this was not my experience. I would strongly advise others to seek counsel elsewhere.

Danielle Fischer There are law firms, many of them to choose from. But there are few law firms that do not make you feel like just another case. Going through a divorce is messy. Going through a divorce with a child can be even messier. Thank goodness for Mike Peterson who makes the hardest times a little bit more digestible. He is direct, brings the facts, educates you, and does not encourage you to make moves just to make a dollar - refreshing when you just want the best path forward for all involved. He wants your next steps to be the right ones. I also cannot discount Brandie, his paralegal. I have cried reading her words of encouragement when I just needed to feel validated, and always responsive.
