5 /5 Dana D: We could not be more happy with Mr. McCaslin. My husband and I had a long conversation with him in the beginning and he really helped us understand our rights and our options. He was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and above all honest and patient with with us and all the questions we had. Every step of the way they stayed in contact with us. He truly made us feel he had our best interest at heart. They were always on top of everything. Which made it very easy on us. And we had a settlement in less than 6 months. We could not be more happy with their service. And I also want say how wonderful his assistant Marie is. She was always kind, patient, and helpful with any calls and questions we had. We will definitely be recommending Mr. McCaslin as we were very satisfied with him (and Marie). Thank you.

Mr. McCaslin and I butted heads over the phone a few times but in the end, he came through. You have to consider the type of people he has to deal with, day in and day out. No one is perfect. Well if that’s the type of lawyer you want, DO NOT come here because David McCaslin is the exact opposite of the stereotypes you hear of. He was EXTREMELY friendly and worked tirelessly throughout the entirety of my long and drawn-out case. If you want a kind, friendly, down-to-earth lawyer that will fight for you every step of the way, you MUST go to McCaslin & McCaslin. And I can’t forget Marie. She was there every step of the way, eager and happy to answer any questions or concerns I had throughout the process even when Mr. McCaslin was unavailable. Lawsuits can be stressful and tedious, but having someone like Marie there to help you throughout it is invaluable. When I first met with him he told me it may take some time to settle this out and I understood that and was glad he was so upfront and honest with me. He always kept me informed when something was going on. Would recommend 100% and Marie was amazing as well thank you both for all the work you did!
