Ashley Goehring I Really like the service they provided.. There was a new teller at the desk that greeted me all friendly like and made me feel very welcome and then Brittany her coworker/manager ? Anyway they both were super nice and friendly, the best part that is not where the great service ended. My Teller was actually a younger gentleman very kind and was very knowledgeable and helped me through the process as I am 23 and new at learning about being an adult and where to start when it comes to financial responsibility. Asha Frazier Customer Service is very helpful and easy to work with. Many companies now put chat and phone bots on the front line, that waste your time. Jaimie was great !! She patiently helped me unravel new renewal issues. Frazier followed up to make sure I did not miss my wildfire insurance due date. The entire Frazier Team, communicates well together and is quick to respond and give good answers by email.
