Long story short, I was involved in a 3-car accident (two of the cars were totaled, one of which was mine) The 3rd car was barely damaged and was the responsible party. Fortunately, no one was seriously injured. The 3rd party’s insurance company was State Farm and their offer was several thousand dollars less than my medical bills. When multiple calls were made to them to question this, they never returned calls or corresponded with me.
