The stature of limitations was fast approaching the car accident I was in, and Jessica was able to talk everything through with me and get a motion filed that allowed us to take our time as we navigated through the case. She was warm, empathetic, and really listened to what I had to say. I loved the fact that I didn’t feel intimidated, as this was my first time having to use a lawyer. Daniel was also wonderful as he helped me to close the case and agree on a settlement. I walked away with more than I thought I would due to his diligence at helping me out. Thankfully, my injuries were minor - everyone involved walked away with only a few scratches - and I didn’t really need the services of Martino & Rossi. But, I DID still need some advice about how to deal with my insurance company for a “Pain and Suffering” settlement. Attorneys aren’t exactly known for giving their time away, but that’s exactly what Dan Rossi did. I had some questions, and Dan took time out of his day to walk me through the process and give me some idea of what to expect when dealing with my insurer. He was very generous, taking the time to listen to me, and giving me good, usable information. Dan struck me as a rock-solid guy.
