5 /5 Vivian Villa: Chuck Marshall is an absolute God send.My husband and I purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer, the contract fell through and the dealership demanded the vehicle back and we ask for our money back since we would no longer have possession of the vehicle and we hadn’t even had the vehicle for a month.They didn’t want to comply so we didn’t either there was no communication for months with this dealer (Integrity Auto Sales) and without any notice they illegally repossessed the vehicle . I contacted Chuck Marshall and he not only treat me with the utmost respect he was available throughout the whole process and very knowledgeable about everything pertaining to my case. I can’t thank him enough for everything he’s done for me and my family. I highly recommend him if you want an honest person representing you who treats his clients with dignity and respect. Recently, I purchased a 2019 Toyota Tacoma from a dealership. Little did I know, the truck came with a world of headaches and the dealership was unwilling to take any responsibility.
