I have made calls to her throughout the year with questions, sometimes not even directly related to my tax return and she has always graciously given me information on the laws or how that may or may not affect my taxes at the end of the year. I took this directly to Marlene to see if she could find out if this was correct or not. She got back with me and told me that I did not owe the IRS anything ...in fact that THEY owed me a return. I actually received a refund of almost 300.00. Marlenes experience and knowledge in what she does is awesome!!!
