1 /5 Jerry Everett: Shared the details of my case and he assured me he would look at my trust and call me right back. He said within a couple of days. I called him two days later and he said he didnt have time and wanted me to explain the details again. I ended up getting another attorney who answered the questions immediately and was thorough without even making me send him copies. The other attorney also told me the law codes related to my case. Mark Never called back. I waited a couple more days and I had to call him. I explained what the other attorney had explained and he tried to come up with a reason I should use his services. He demanded payment of $2500 for what I am still confused about and charged me for explaining to him what he should have told me. I paid him and he produced a letter hardly relevant to my issues. I terminated his services. He never did call me to explain anything. Use any other attorney in Chico.
