Samuel Berry The Assistant Branch Manager, Evelyn Ponce made my experience better than any bank Ive ever had an account with and any representative at ANY bank I had to communicate with. Shes definitely a leader for a reason and went way above and beyond to explain the checking account I recently opened up and has planned for me to come in on another day to give me a more personalized experience since I was a walk-in and the branch at the Antioch office off of Somersville Rd was very busy. I know most enjoy giving negative feedback since customers who typically walk out happy dont think they need to write any type of review but the attention and customer service I was given at that branch, not only from Evelyn, but even the tellers was something that made me feel so welcome and excited to be a new customer of Bank of the West. They were ALL extremely kind and personable and I hope they receive recognition for everything theyve been through the last couple of years. BRAVO to everyone but ESPECIALLY Evelyn Ponce!

Edward Wong I cannot begin to explain how great of a job Jared did helping me and my wife with the purchase of our home. We just relocated back to the Sacramento area from Washington and Jared helped us make the transition so much easier in what is normally a very stressful process. Jared went above and beyond working with the lenders to ensure we got the best approval possible. Jim Fimbrez I had heard of One Main Financial, but had never had any person to person communication with them. I will say this, from the person that set an appointment to the, Merced office for me, to the representative that help me get my loan approved, were very curious, with very simple to understand various options & give you answers to any questions you have. They were so kind, they even reached out & went as far as mailing. W/stamp, a bill, I screwed up trying to pay it online. A very relaxing atmosphere, with everyone around that office, will help with any questions or anything, regarding your business there. The representative that helped me, was very efficient along with a easy to understand description of the segments in receiving the loan.
