Jill Markrack Love this group and all the help they gave my family. All the ladies that answered the phones were very helpful. The staff was great at responding to my families emails and answering all of our easy and hard questions. I recommend them to everyone.

Fred Ortanez Spoke with a banker/employee named Alexander Sanchez, and he was wonderful and polite. Even though his computer stalling and delaying while he was starting our application for a loan; he was very detailed and informative on our account. He worked through his lunch I believe even his manager was mad he didn’t take his lunch, but he was committed to complete our application. I wish more bankers were like him. A++ service in my book. I hope all Patelco branches have their employees put customers first too. Makes us feel appreciated. I feel so bad for the employee. His management was adamant on him rushing the process, but he was great in every way. And we opened a checking and savings account too just because he was so very kind and understanding.
