I called the police who took my boyfriend aside and convinced him to spin this against me. They then arrested me for assault, despite the fact that I had defensive wounds. Through Tims extensive forensic evidence connections, we were able to get the recordings of the responding officers talking my boyfriend into pressing charges against me and coaching him what to say. This was difficult, as the police "accidentally" deleted the files, but Tims people were able to recover the recordings. Despite this, the judge allowed the DA to suppress this evidence.
