Aida Reznik Colleen at Novato brunch, have been extremely nice and very professional. We financed one car through her few months ago and at the time when we needed to do it again, we had no doubts where to go again. Colleen was quick on answering all the questions, in no time provided the best rates, connected with the dealership and obtained all the necessary documentation to complete the loan. Michelle White I have had nothing but hassle with this office. I recently had to make an appointment with the irs over my trust account and the irs said that they never received my 1099r from edward jones so when I called Katie answered and backly called me a lie and that they couldnt resend them to the irs. I have had nothing but trouble with her since she realized who my sister was and is not very professional.
