Brandon Henry Staff is very friendly, and helpful through a process Ive never had to, nor wanted to experience. Ive never felted like Ive asked a dumb question, or called with worry-wart concerns. Ive sent emails with questions or concerns after I got home from work (5-6pm), many times have gotten responses back within minutes, or by end of the following day. Heck, I drove to their Jackson, Ca office, while I was visiting from my home state, just so I could see the faces of those whove helped me along this journey. I didnt get to meet them all, but I hope to the next time I breeze into town. Kate and Crystal, you are my heros ! Thank you so very much ! He truly understands the ins and outs of the entire process and legal system. Sevan is very straightforward—if he tells you youre good, then you are. And if there are concerns, I’d strongly recommend paying attention and taking his advice seriously. Excellent experience! One thing to note is communication through email is preferred unless its a real emergency.

Tracey Hollenbeck This office is nothing short of a joke. There are real criminals out there, yet instead, they prey on people like my daughter, who is gainfully employed working for the Glenn County Planning Commission, has no priors, and has a verbal altercation with her boyfriend because he lost another job while she was paying his rent. Boyfriend went to court, got the mandatory restraining order dropped, and no plea offer a year later to drop the battery charge until just recently, when my daughter decided to plea to no contest to disturbing the peace. Now PO recommends 3 years probation and 52 weeks of battery classes and 15 days in jail?! For a City professional?! What a joke and total injustice. I plan on going to every newspaper in Glenn County for my daughter to finally have a voice. Meanwhile the felons and repeat offenders have a revolving door, which all comes back to the hardcore fact, that, it is all a money game. The restitution, the community service, the PO office fees, the battery class fees...cha ching!$$ Shame on you people! I dont even know how you are able to sleep at night!!! Horrible, just horrible!!!
