Whats the point of contacting your company if your unethical rates are still going to remain the same? Companies like yours take advantage of people who think they have to borrow money for emergency or furniture, when they end have family or friends, or they can save money for the purchase. My rating stands. Id give you all a zero if allowed.

This rating is for the company, not the customer service. Find a way to get the money other than from places like this or Onemain Financial. I borrowed money for a funeral and received the GoFundMe me before the check even processed. I paid an $87 paperwork fee for nothing. Dont ever borrow money to save, the interest rates they use will be triple your ROI. What you buy with the money, youll pay much more after its all said and done.
