5 /5 Cassi Hooks: This is, without a doubt, the most serious review I have ever written. Through a very long legal battle with my parents estate, I soon realized I was not prepared. I needed a Real Estate representative to help me out. Not just anybody, but a Real Estate Attorneys office. I was blessed with Derik Lewis and Dionisia Costa from Lawyers Realty Group who became my literal "Ride or Die" representatives. While I do not know the full capability of their law firm, I will say I was beyond speechless with everything they were able to help me with. Not only for foreclosure help, loan modifications, credit card issues, but my own Real Estate agent, John Holmes. All 3 were in constant contact with what the next steps were. When I began to spiral from stress (I have Lupus) they treated me with kindness and respect. They were able to guide me through the process and professionally handle all attorneys involved, with me only needing to sign final documents. Their communication was beyond reproach and what I didnt understand they quickly broke it down for me. I am now living a stress free and full life with my husband and children. I was able to move on from a chapter of absolute heartache which Lawyers Realty Group helped to close. Dionisia helped with a few loose ends even after we were done. 5 /5 Vicky: I spoke with Derik several months ago regarding a rather complicated and very unique foreclosure situation. He was attentive, interested and informative. He gave me the sense that he genuinely cared about my welfare and with helping me . He always responded to my emails in a timely and helpful way. Im now into phase two of this odd foreclosure situation and I called Derik for some advice. I have spoken to several other attorneys over the last few months and none of them had the care, concern or patience that Derik shows me. They were impatient and didnt seem to think my questions worthy of their time.
