I made an appointment and felt very comfortable talking to the attorney and making these arrangements. I want to protect my assets for my kids and make it easy for them to inherit them without issue. We were able to complete the paperwork within 6 weeks. It was very easy to get everything completed quickly so I encouraged all of my family members to get their estate plans done as well. Three of them are now working on getting this completed or have scheduled an appointment to start the process. I highly recommend giving your family the last, best gift you could ever get them by getting an estate plan, will, power of attorney and health care directive. It will save them hours of stress, financial pressure and the nightmare prospect of having to go through probate.
