Michael Weeks This past July I was 69 years old with no criminal record of any kind when I made what I felt was an honest mistake in trespassing onto federal property, and was arrested for a Type A Misdemeanor. Remik Much like doing your own taxes, you can try to fill out all the paperwork and go through the process on your own, and lose some hair in the process… or, you can hire a qualified attorney who makes things so much easier - and so much less stressful!
