1 /5 Lisa Robertson: I hired this firm who was partnered up with WattsGuerra law firm on to represent me on my fire claim ..Due to a reconsideration which was never submitted by the deadline and even though I was told it was by the case manager The FVT claims it wasnt and denied a further review of it ..It has now been deemed accepted and I was denied out of pocket expenses, additional living expenses, smoke damage reimbursement and looting damage reimbursement ...My claim was not given the proper attention because it wss considered a smoke damage only claim and I was unable for months to get a straight answer to why was my claim deemed accepted while a reconsideration was submitted ...I had to fire them just to find out that the reconsideration that was submitted never was submitted ..I trusted team I hired and that trust was betrayed ..
