She felt uncertain about the entire process feeling she would lose control of her finances. Heather and her staff took the time to explain in detail how it all worked in order to put my mother’s fears at ease. They were patient with her and made sure she understood she would not lose control of her finances. It was a lifted burden for her to know they understood what her final wishes were. In my mother’s last days she felt at peace knowing that all she desired had been put into place. I was very grateful for the gentle manner in which they cared for my mother. I highly recommend the Law offices of Heather Pietroforte. Time spent in their office was one of the last gifts I was able to give my precious mother.

The process was clearly outlined in our initial meeting, along with all costs and a short "to-do" list of items I needed to find and provide. She was always pleasant and available for calls or emails. There was a follow up meeting that I had to change at the last minute, and Heather and her office were both very accommodating. I recommend Heather Pietroforte without reservation for anyone looking into estate planning.

1 /5 Janessia Leggs: DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY- I wish I could give her zero stars. I was referred to this attorney by a legal service. I called and sent an email. She responded very quickly. I told her of my horrible situation. My mother had passed away very unexpectedly. And we had an issue with the city utilities. I needed a letter to the city so I could make decisions and I needed executor (uncontested) and probate services. She said she could take care of everything. I hired her. She got the letter to me within a couple of days along with the documents for my family members to sign. I returned them. I paid her for filing fees a short time later and asked her to move forward. After 2-3 weeks I hadnt heard anything about a court date so I called her and emailed her several times. I spoke with her receptionist who assured me that the messages were forwarded. Approximately 2 weeks later she responded saying the best way to contact her was through email and that the documents hadnt been filed because she was missing a document. I quickly uploaded the document and resent it. Again I reached out it took her over a week to respond and said another document was missing. I advised her that i no longer required her services and requested a full refund of my filing fees. She refused. She said that she was going to deduct her fees and return the rest. I was referred through a legal referral service she had hours that she was to bill them for then myself. She never billed them and hasnt returned my money, its been 3 1/2 months. DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY!

1 /5 Wayne Girard: UPDATE: Within hours of our family posting our horrible experiences with her, she has had multiple friends and family members, (including her husband) posting bunk 5 star reviews. Amazing. Well at least she is only advertising “Estate Planning,” in this ad. Wouldn’t trust her with an estate, however, after the way we were treated on our family law cases. My wife and I went to Ms. Pietroforte’s office after being referred by a friend. (So imagine our shock when things took a turn.) She happily met with us to land a few new clients, and just as happily took thousands of our dollars when we trusted her. We needed a modification of order after an ex husband took a truck and stopped paying for it. We also needed a custody issue brought to court after a parental alienation issue. (2 separate cases). She filed the wrong motion in court on the truck issue, and made an appearance on each case and has been ignoring us ever since. We needed a letter sent to the other party’s attorney, which never happened. After a few weeks of unanswered phone calls, emails; and missed attorney calls (she never called when scheduled) we took to social media. She called once to attempt to rectify the situation; constantly blaming her office receptionist (throwing her under the bus) so we waited. And waited. Nothing happened. Until we got some bunk letter not accepting responsibility, and statement showing our money was gone. Very shady, we got had.
