5 /5 Mike G: Six years ago I bought a property at tax auction. Tim gave me 20 minutes on the phone and answered all my questions, I thought, man is this guy sharp. Then he never sent me a bill. I sold that property this year and once again Tim gave quick good advice. I insisted he send me a bill this time, he looked me up and still had his file from 6 years ago from 1 single phone call. We had a good laugh and he sent me a bill for $87.50, thats the only time Ive tipped an attorney.
