Daniel D. Great experience all around. Started process of getting work permit and GC for out-of-status spouse at Santa Rosa office in August 2023. After giving a summary of our situation, Arash laid out a timeline of roughly 2 years of what we needed to do as far as documents, medical exams, etc. Our case was then handed to the Sacramento office where we worked with Sumit for the remainder (mostly online with email correspondence, which was convenient). Work permit was acquired in April, and GC acquired the following August (even with having a notice to submit more docs due to insufficient evidence). Expectations exceeded and couldnt be happier with the outcome.

Elisha Xin WEI I came to the U.S. in 2019 to pursue a master’s degree at a seminary. At the same time, I noticed that the environment for religious faith in my home country was worsening. Upon a friend’s recommendation, I found Attorney Wang and submitted my asylum application in August 2020. I still vividly remember the first time I walked into his office. With his keen legal expertise, he quickly found the relevant laws that allowed my son to receive free tuition while studying at the University of California. Finally, the interview day arrived. The four-hour interview completely drained me—I could only mechanically respond to all the interrogations. I felt that my performance was mediocre. But at the last moment, Attorney Gong’s professional closing statement felt like a lifeline, giving me hope again. After what felt like an eternity of waiting, on March 8th, I finally received a letter from USCIS. The moment I tore open the envelope and saw the word “approval,” I fell to my knees at the doorway, crying out loud—thanking God for His faithfulness and feeling deeply grateful for this result. If anyone reads my comment, I want to say: Seek the Lord Jesus—He has been searching for you for so long! Seek out Attorney Wang—he can truly help you.
