5 /5 tim eisen: As the saying goes "You get what you pay for, in this case I received much more for less!" As I was receiving quotes from a number of Patent Attorneys, Michael was by far the least expensive. Many Attorneys were around and over the $1k range. Michael was much more affordable. I connected with Michael and I am very glad I did. I was looking for help on doing a patent search so I emailed Michael with contact information which he responded to very quickly. We spoke for a bit, I sent him another email containing information regarding the product I was looking to get a patent search on and he said he would get back to me with a quote. Within an hour he calls back and indicated he performed a basic search and found a patent that was filed back in 1935 that would most likely prevent the product to be eligible for a patent. Not leaving me hanging, he walked me through other options he thinks are available such as design patents. To much surprise, Michael offered the above information to me at no cost and even sent me an attachment of the 1935 patent product. With that said I am still working towards getting the product developed and when it is ready, I will be sure to use Michael to prepare/file my design patents. Thanks Michael for you help!

Before working with Michael I have interviewed many other legal consultants, and he came out way on top. He provided a very professional service, with a quick turn-around, and made sure that I understood everything we where doing. But more importantly, he was able to explain the intricacies of the law in simple terms that was applicable to my situation. It takes a nuanced and balanced eye to review material for potential intellectual property infringement and liability--and Michael actively worked with me, offering legal advice, design suggestions and answering all my many questions, ensuring that my material would be protected as much as possible under the law. I also had Michael write two legal document for me. In this respect, he was again outstanding.
