He went above and beyond and always was communicative, and if he didnt answer his phone, he would contact me within the day or send me a message. He was extremely professional and overall very reasonable for the amount of time and energy he put into my case Im so thankful for him. I highly recommend him.

5 /5 KenYatta H: Mr. Martinez was wonderful with his ways to give me relief in those hours just one day before my wife was to appear in court, with no time to prepare for what was to happen that next day during her arraignment where she was in custody without bail pending a commitment to serve in jail. Martinez advised me I should not waste money retaining him for his expertise knowing my wife had a short commitment to serve (22 days). I was stressed without my wife helping ,run our new business, deal with my grandson, as well do those things she made priority as my helpmate. With no fees paid up front, and only the proof of upcoming income, Mr. Martinez appeared in court that next day to represent my wife, and that next day in court she was released given the opportunity to reinstate her work project commitment, as well plead no contest to a new misdemeanor, and come home that night. After speaking to 2 different attorneys and one other lawyer Mr. Martinez worked very efficiently and wouldn’t accept any money before knowing if he would actually need to defend me. I, Venmo Matthew Martinez, $1500 and then I asked for a refund because he did such a bad job he would not give me a refund he said that he did a good job. the whole trial I was telling him exactly what to say and exactly what to mention he would not take my advice and he would not mention what was the most important thing to mention. Mathew Martinez after taking $1500 to represent me twice in a stayaway restraining order case, told me to go ahead and file my own responsive declaration. I dont think that lawyers should be asking their plants to file their own paperwork after accepting their retainer.
