1 /5 Elena Moss: Her “representation” was so badly handled that it resulted in a loss when there should not have been one. This so-called lawyer told the judge that her client was unemployed when , in fact, the client had had full-time employment for many months following a move. It was an absolute waste of money that resulted in serious, damaging outcomes.

1 /5 Blake: First interactions prior to agreeing to pay them my retainer fee. They seemed to be very proactive, supportive, assertive and caring into my situation. They spent 45 minutes speaking with me making it seem like they could take on my case no problem and everything would be smooth. I even referred my friend to go to this office. (He ended up having the same issues and worse communication and was highly upset and irritated) This was a huge mistake as right out the gate once I paid them my retainer fee things went right down the hill. Communication was absolutely terrible especially for how much you pay, when they know you can barley afford it. She is out of office 60% of the time and there’s no communication of it so when you try and reach out you get no response or response few days later she’s out of town wait until she gets back. I would ask questions which would be ignored or answered 4+ days later if at all. Nothing in my case got done but some how I paid around 10k+ in fees, for lord knows what when I’m still sitting in same boat I started in prior to switching to this office. The follow through was terrible. They would call my ex or text her thinking it was my contact and this was months after I have been utilizing them, which is terrible businesses. They emailed me another clients paper work with their address and personal information. So who knows if the same happen to me and I don’t know that someone else has my personal information. But since all my banking accounts have been hacked, as well as other email and personal accounts. I had to tell them they sent me someone else’s information, which I think is a huge mistake. I personally advise you to stay away from this office if you are dealing with a divorce. My ex an I communicate well with one another and our case is not complex at all but here I am having a terrible experience with the entire process and not getting the help or assistance I am paying for. If you want to waste your money go for it because that’s about all this law office is good for.
