All my questions were answered and I knew what to expect from our first meeting. There were times when the process seemed difficult, but Conway was there all the way. He was understanding of how long, how emotional, and how tedious the process can be. Especially when it came to communicating, negotiating, and solution finding with the other party. There were times that I felt things were against me, but Conway reassured that he understood. This led to a successful, and to my surprise, not so painful conclusion. Job well done.
