Roni Noble Charles Leoni started out as an estate planning attorney for my in laws. He represented my now x husband in our divorce process. To me, Charles Leoni has never once showed any interest or concern in the wellbeing of our 3 children. Despite a just final divorce decree, Leoni continues to represent my x in our family law matters. I think the term is called protracted litigation. Leoni has not cooperated, nor has my x complied with (many) court orders. Leoni will stretch, through delays, continuances, broken agreements etc. a simple legal matter- as he has done with our case. Since I am unrepresented I believe it’s easier for Leoni to take advantage of the judicial system to “drag me through it”, and since he established the estate planning for my x ‘s family, he knows where the money is and how he can continue to collect from my x. Leoni has (verbally) attacked me in the courtroom before the judge as well as called me names in the hallways during a meet and confer more than once. He has served me several times with matters that could have been resolved with a discussion (not needing a court hearing!) and now, I have been warned, by his attorneys, that Leoni plans to file a personal lawsuit against me, (while still representing my X in contested child support matters). Charles Leoni is the foulest attorney I have ever been in contact with.

Mary Gannotti Philip Klatchko was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and responsive. I had to rapidly relocate my mother who was in hospice to another state. He handled the trust documents and all other related items on time and properly done. After i left California, he continued to be responsive to queries and matters we had.
