1 /5 Venus Chhabra: Update: Is this what you tell to all your clients who fire you. You never chose to stay on my case because I fired you. I was given supervised visits based on false allegations that my ex husband made against me. One thing I know for sure that no one respects you in that court. Please stop fooling people on the name of god. You have a daughter too, please stop ruining families and robbing people of their money. Eventually everything comes back. Horrible person and a very horrible lawyer. I hired Miss Smith for my criminal case and family law case and both ended up getting screwed. I am in a worst possible situation as compared to how It was when Miss Temica took my case. Her staff has been extremely nice especially Amy. Some of the problems I have had in my case: 1) Filing a wrong motion making the judge angry. 2) Not preparing the client for mediation or any court hearing. 3) Not reviewing the documents before the court date. P.S. Please do your research. Please dont fall for the positive review because they are not real. I have experienced it first hand. In the end, the ultimate loss falls upon the people fighting for their families. Not every lawyer cares. Please do your research before hiring Miss Temica

But she never gave up on me and guided me through my custody battle. She has been the best. Communication is key, and her and her staff have met that time and time again. She is very blunt . Which some may not like and think its rude. I however appreciate that. Sometimes in the heat of custody battles you get carried away but Temica has always been honest with me. I went from not being able to see my daughter to due a petty mother. To now having my daughter full time. I cant thank Temica enough for everything she does and continues to do . Not only did she give me great legal advice, but also gave her useful opinion on a personal level. She is extremely welcoming and friendly. I was able to discuss things with her that were not necessarily the easiest to share, and not once did she make me feel judged or insecure, but rather built a strong trust and sense of comfort. Outside of the courtroom, Temica was very caring of my safety and decision making. Inside the courtroom, she was very collected and confident! I would highly recommend Temica to anyone, regardless of what it may be! Even setting up a consult to get a feel for what a great person and attorney she is would be worth your time!

And just a short amount of time she has helped my husband get joint custody and actual continuous visits that he wasnt able to get before. Her and her staff are amazing and are there 24/7 to hear from you even if its by email we have received an answer at all hours. She puts everything into making sure you get the best outcome for you and your child. And she is definitely not intimidated by anything or anyone in that courtroom when she goes to bat for you. Her fees are more than fair. I could go on and on about how amazing this woman is and I would absolutely recommend any and everyone to her.
