On a more serious note, while I understand the importance of wills & trusts, even for me it was confusing because there were a lot of rules, I couldnt separate the things I recall in case law from school to reality, and each state has its own special sets of rules, it just was a bit overwhelming. I didnt want to take any chances, since this is also something you really want to get done right so I went with Colby because I felt strongly that Colbys depth of knowledge would ensure that my living trust was done correctly. Colby made the entire process easy, and set up several follow ups. He was thoughtful in executing certain parts that allotted for more flexibility if (or as) needed, and helped me better think through aspects that I would have otherwise glazed over as not important. I have, and continue to recommend Colby for Wills & Trusts as he did an exceptional job for me!
