M J Esther Su handled the restatement of my Living Trust. Her trust package included Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Directives, Wills, Certification of Trust, and notarization of all documents. She was very thorough and extremely fast. Within 1 week of the initial meeting, we were back in her office to notarize the final documents. Her attorneys fee were the lowest out of the 3 attorneys I compared. She is very compassionate and patient, yet efficient and knowledgeable. Her offices are conveniently located and she is very responsive by email, even on evenings and weekends. She even provided additional advice to me as I settled my deceased parents estate. Alena Musgrave I hired Jennifer on 1/12/22 to represent me in my divorce. Right off the gate I could feel something wasn’t right with her. Very hard to contact and not getting back to me for weeks at a time. She was always very worried about her money though. I have paid her $15K and the last time that I have heard from her was 3/9/23. She has only appeared twice in court for me, once was on zoom and the second time she asked for a continuance due to her own personal problems (divorce and domestic violence). She has missed several court dates since. She has now been MIA since 3/9/23 and isn’t allowed to practice law according to the California State Bar.
