1 /5 Kylie Daniel: Nobody answers the phone, or emails! I’ve sent in paperwork MULTIPLE times without an answer. THEY’RE MESSING WITH FAMILIES LIVES AND IM UPSET ABOUT IT.

1 /5 Nellie McGowan: Im calling and going in there for a week. Nobody will answer my calls. Nobody will call me back. I did everything I was supposed to do on time and they have not done their job for over 3 weeks. No benefits. My bills are due. They now have late fees and my phones about to get shut off. Because nobody will help me. Black hole of communication is absolutely right and nobody gives a c*** about anybody that theyre supposed to be helping. I dont know why any of them even chose that as a job.

1 /5 Ben Jansen: No call backs, a "black hole" of communication. Already brought to the attention of the supervising staff member with no response. Questionable competency - I have a child whos been added MedCal, dropped, and supposedly "under review". However, with no communication, we just have to hope that nothing serious happens. What if were NOT approved, and insurance is needed in the meantime?

1 /5 Lover of Cartoons: Absolutely the worst place. Never answer a call. They are rude and could care less about your time. Just call the number on the card or google it. Waste of time dealing with these people.
