He is very responsive to phone, text, and emails. He explains the law and how things work within the system. He doesnt gloss over research and looks at every detail. Michael is very personable and actually cares about your well-being. He outlines his fees with you upfront and walks you through the entire settlement process. As a lawyer, he is so talented and experienced, also caring that he can take on any size or complexity of case. Calm no matter what the other side is lying and throwing at you - and handles in very well, professionally, and leaves the client feeling they got the best representation. I saw Michael handle other cases that I referred to him and the clients have always been very happy. Michaels firm and people working in his office are also very helpful and courteous, professional. Hes actually not local to us nor a lot of people I referred (because we happened to live far anyway). It sometimes took us an entire day or 2 days to meet him, but it was more than worth the travel and time. Rare to get this combination of compassion, friendship - and yet as a lawyer is a professional fighter. Highly recommend Michael and his office, and also read his other 5 star reviews. We wish there were thousands more Landsem offices!! Michael is also very resourceful!!

5 /5 Kaylynn -: Michael was recommended to my husband and I by a well respected attorney in Redding. We were rear ended at a high rate of speed while we were at a complete stop. The insured’s insurance company was try to pay as little as possible. Once we contacted Michael he explained how this insurance company works and how he will put it together so they will have to pay based on fact and what was reasonable. Michael took charge and we were pleased with the outcome. From the time which I met Michael he was up front, honest and attentive to each of our concerns. Praying we will never need Michael in that capacity again. However, it is a good feeling if we are ever put in that situation again, we know who to call. I feel with Michael and Celine (front desk) they make a great team. I would highly recommend Michael Landsem.
