The office is about an hour and 15 minutes away without traffic, which feels like a long drive to me—I really prefer traveling for only 15 to 20 minutes at most. However, I made the effort to meet him in person, and it took three to four years to finally arrange my schedule to do so. It wasnt easy to find the time to visit, but it was important for me to express my gratitude directly. If I lived in another country, a phone call would have sufficed, but I wanted to make the trip because he means so much to me. He generously dedicated his valuable time to help me, and he didn’t charge me, even though he certainly could have. He assisted me with car insurance-related matters and offered the best advice he could over the phone, for which I am deeply grateful.
