From start to finish, Jack made himself available to answer questions about topics that were sometimes sensitive or confusing. Like a lot of people, we put off estate planning because it is complex and forces us to think through difficult situations. Jack made sure we were thorough and he reviewed our choices to make sure we were communicating our wishes accurately. Jack and team also made sure the process to complete all documentation included Covid safety considerations. He was available to answer questions when we started to make necessary updates to our financial accounts.
