1 /5 Lena Z: If you’re looking for legal help with franchise-related matters, I strongly recommend avoiding this law firm. They don’t have the expertise to handle franchise issues, but they’ll still take your case, seemingly just to make money. Here’s what happened in our experience: they dragged out the process until the very end, only to suggest a softer approach to resolve the issue. The frustrating part is that they could have achieved the same result much earlier by simply contacting the opposing counsel or responding promptly. Instead, they wasted time and resources. In the end, we didn’t even use the letter they drafted because the attorney assigned to us seemed inexperienced in franchise law. He kept discouraging us, hinting that we’d lose the case, and couldn’t answer most of our questions. To make things worse, the bill was shocking. We were charged nearly $20,000 for a written response we never even used. The fees seemed excessive and unclear, leaving us feeling like there were hidden costs. What really upset me is that a reputable law firm would have referred us to someone with the right expertise if they couldn’t handle our case. Instead, this firm took us on despite their lack of knowledge, clearly prioritizing profit over their clients’ best interests. When we expressed our disappointment, they basically said, “Well, we never guaranteed results,” like that excuses everything. If you’re dealing with franchise-related legal matters, save yourself the headache and stay away from this place.
