She was polite, professional, open, direct, personable, understanding, fast, reasonable, and she made herself available over the weekend. Based on this experience, I would definitely do business with her again. And if things differ in the future, I will update this review.

1 /5 J29 Events: I wish we could give this company zero stars. Our home selling process was held up for multiple weeks including several extensions and money out of our pocket because of the sheer lack of integrity at Key Home Mortgage with Diana. I cant count how many times she failed to call our agents (buyers, sellers and our agent in Oregon) back, or flat out lied about when she would have ANY work done. In fact, she only answered a call when our Oregon agent blocked her number. As a business owner, I am mortified about how they represented themselves. I would NEVER recommend this group to anyone looking to buy a home or property. We have been beyond frustrated by this group, Diana specifically.

Dylan and Kathy helped us navigate the process of buying our first time home by keeping us informed of the overall escrow timeline/status, being available and responsive to our questions, ensuring we were aware of the items on our plates (and how to complete such items effectively and efficiently), and walking us through the purpose of various, required documents. Dylan and Kathy also took the time to go over various scenarios with us, and the related implications and outcome each scenario would yield, to ensure we were well informed in our decisions and familiar with our mortgage. We would work with Key Mortgage Group in the future.
