I reached out to Marielle several times for updates, and she assured me that she would contact the IRS, but no action was taken. Despite my multiple attempts to get in touch with her, I never received a callback. Eventually, I decided to contact the IRS myself, only to learn that they had never received my tax return. She never submitted my tax return, and I still cant reach her. Based on my experience with Marielle, I cannot recommend this company. I provided her with my last three years of tax returns early on, but she did not fulfill her responsibilities.
