When I was unfortunately involved in a total loss incident, they were so quick to review my claim. Got my settlement within a week. Then they made it so easy to transfer my coverage over to my new vehicle, all it took was a 2 minute phone call. Will be using this office for all future car insurance needs.

5 /5 Sari Meline: I switched to Katherine Wongs office from another State Farm agent because it was important for me to support women in business. I didnt expect much since I hadnt interacted with my prior agent much (and that office had a less-than-stellar assistant who was often more headache than help). I can attest that EVERYONE in Katherine Wongs office is not only helpful, but educated on policy issues, friendly, polite, and kind. As a bonus, her entire staff is female. I feel confident calling her office for any question at any time, and I know I will get the right answer right away. I was even once emailed back from a member of her staff while that staff person was on maternity leave! While I rarely *need* to call on my insurance agent, each time I have, Ive been VERY IMPRESSED, and I will stay with Katherine for as long as I am able.
