Whenever the mortgage company or other has a question, all I need to do is forward it to them, and they take care of it for me. I have had several claims, as well, and I’ve always received good service from the policies. Highly recommend.

Today I spoke with Ruben Rivera who dealt with the transfer of my auto insurance to my newly bought EV car and kept my insurance active for 30 days on my soon to be traded old car. He did all this over the phone in about 15 minutes! And his email with the recap of our discussion and the attached documents was in my inbox 5 minutes later! Wow!
