Samuel Berry The Assistant Branch Manager, Evelyn Ponce made my experience better than any bank Ive ever had an account with and any representative at ANY bank I had to communicate with. Shes definitely a leader for a reason and went way above and beyond to explain the checking account I recently opened up and has planned for me to come in on another day to give me a more personalized experience since I was a walk-in and the branch at the Antioch office off of Somersville Rd was very busy. I know most enjoy giving negative feedback since customers who typically walk out happy dont think they need to write any type of review but the attention and customer service I was given at that branch, not only from Evelyn, but even the tellers was something that made me feel so welcome and excited to be a new customer of Bank of the West. They were ALL extremely kind and personable and I hope they receive recognition for everything theyve been through the last couple of years. BRAVO to everyone but ESPECIALLY Evelyn Ponce!

Asha Frazier Customer Service is very helpful and easy to work with. Many companies now put chat and phone bots on the front line, that waste your time. Jaimie was great !! She patiently helped me unravel new renewal issues. Frazier followed up to make sure I did not miss my wildfire insurance due date. The entire Frazier Team, communicates well together and is quick to respond and give good answers by email.
