Marvin Price My earlier review was deleted. This specific branch denied to authorize the reversal of an overdraft fee of questionable legitimacy after being assured by managers at another branch that the issue would be solved. I was treated incredibly rudely on the phone by a female associate who informed me that at the direction of her GM she was unable to deliver this service I had been formally offered. When asked if the GM was available to speak to directly, I was merged with a brief pause and “he’s not available at the moment,” I asked when he would be available and after another pause I was told he would be unavailable the rest of the afternoon.

Yasmine Elsherbini I came to Debbie last year (2023) when my 2021 taxes were a mess- I had to deal with IRS letters and back and forth with my financial institution. Long story short--Debbie was able to help me prove that I did not need to pay and get me back the large amount of money that I had paid when I didnt need to.
