He was super patient, explained everything transparently, and laid out exactly what my options were and how hed represent me. Throughout the process, he was extremely professional and kept me updated every step of the way, I never had to chase for info or wonder what was going on. Long story short: he got my entire case dismissed- no fine, no points, no traffic school, nothing. I couldn’t believe it when I got the email. The reviews don’t lie. Brianna Caldwell Oliver has represented me for a few years in a high conflict case with a very wealthy, litigious, bloodthirsty attorney with whom I had two children. The case was dragged on and made endlessly more complicated than it needed to be by the other side, but Oliver has handled the case very well and has shown himself to be extremely diligent and competent. He is reliable, reachable, will meet with you on weekends, nights, early mornings- he has devoted his life to his practice and has been unwaveringly encouraging and supportive despite how difficult and blown out of proportion this case has been made. I cannot recommend him enough, and after working with about 6 different family law attorneys, can’t see myself trusting anyone else to handle the case as well as he has.

the harleymf Paul was recommended by friends that used him to create their estate documents, including a trust. They were very happy with his services and their interactions with him. They also liked his prices. I met with him to discuss my mother’s estate documents because they were created out of state (where she lived at the time) and I wanted to make sure that we wouldn’t run into any surprises because she lives in California now. This included the will, trust, trust amendment and four others. He read through them all, made a couple of recommendations for me, and said there was no need to make changes, they all conformed to California requirements. I also asked him questions about my own estate, all of which he answered definitively. When our meeting concluded I inquired about the fee, but he declined any payment. This all happened during our first meeting, and he does not charge for that. I was astonished, and there is no need to add that when I do need to make changes, I will be returning.
