I am a senior with only Social Security for income. With Fatimas great knowledge and experience she turned the equity in my home into a reverse mortgage that makes my life financially stress free for the first time! Her team of Maxwell and Nate were extremely helpful and courteous. I cant say enough about how kind and personable Fatima is and I will be forever grateful I came to her for help.

5 /5 DEBBY BENDER: I used Humboldt Mortgage Company to apply for a reverse mortgage. The staff, Fatima and Maxwell, were wonderful to work with. They were very knowledgeable and efficient, and walked me through every step. I highly recommend them. One of the reasons for this loan, was to get a new roof on our garage. We were using tarps to cover the garage for 5 years. As you can see from the pictures it was a vast improvement.
