Gigi D I’ve been a member of FPCU since 1985 (yes, almost 40 years, when it was still Rockwell Federal Credit Union on Imperial Hwy, Downey) and their entire team have always been very courteous and helpful. I have never had a bad experience at FPCU, they provide top-notch service each time, whether it’s on the phone or in person, they are always courteous and friendly. Our closest FPCU location now is in Seal Beach, and Debra (the Manager) is always nice and friendly when I come in for my business, and Ernest is also courteous and helpful, and they have another Staff member whom I haven’t interfaced with yet. We’ve also bought a vehicle through their Autoland service in Downey (the first and only time we’ve bought from Autoland because we still have that car) in 2014. That experience was 100% stress-free, we selected our car and amenities, and the Autoland Rep contacted us when it was delivered to FPCU-Downey. We went inside to sign papers and we were trading in our old car, swapped keys, and we were out of FPCU within an hour. I would highly recommend Financial Partners Credit Union for all of your banking needs.

Joey G I have gotten many loans from Bernie over the past 20 years. New houses Ive purchased as well as re-finances. Before Bernie, Ive used several others but have never been back to them. After my first loan with Bernie, I never looked any further. I go to him every time. He knows what hes doing, hes totally honest, wont steer you wrong, and hes a great guy to sit and talk to. Hes the best.

L Sue Armstrong Our neighborhood bank that we love! After reading previous reviews, I think they mustve been confused with another business. The tellers are warm and welcoming. Elise is our favorite! Not only are they friendly and kind, but they welcome our spoiled Golden Retriever with dog treats and lots of love. Antioch Community Credit Union is the best!!
