5 /5 Robert Fachner: We contacted Hobin and Hobin when we were having difficulty removing an unwanted tenant from our property. From our first meeting, Richard Hobin provided us with a thorough explantion of what we were legally attempting to do and some of both the positives, and negatives, that we could encounter during the eviction. I felt that during the entire process, we were made aware of what was happening. I never felt in the dark about the situation, and Mr. Hobin, or his secretary, Margie, was always more than willing to answer any and all questions that we had. During the court appearance, Mr. Hobin was incredibly professional and left no stone unturned in providing facts and statements. Mr. Hobin did an excellent job of negotiating with the tenant, and when there was no resolution reached, we left it to the judge for the final decision. In the end, the judge ruled in our favor and our tenant was evicted. This entire process was made so much easier by Hobin and Hobin. They are true experts in this type of residential law.
