amy kirkman Stuck on side of road. I have progressive through trinity. You think with my phone cutting in and out the agent would handle all necessary calls to get me the help i need. Road side assistance is a wonderful thought but with nobody willing to assist is useless. 3 calls later on hold and still not able to verify to truck driver that bill is covered.
