Mark Pfeifer This might be the best State Farm office there is. They have helped me with both my homeowners and auto policies. Whenever I call, I get connected with Kabrina who is AMAZING. Not only is she really nice and personable, she is extremely knowledgeable in her field. She takes the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. My previous experiences with insurance companies were not as smooth-sailing and often left me feeling left in the dark. Kabrina goes above and beyond, making it easy and enjoyable to work with State Farm.

Over the past several months, Ive requested multiple quotes for homeowners and auto insurance when Ive wanted to compare rates, or maybe just to find out how much my premium would increase if my daughter decided to buy a certain car she was thinking about. I know every time someone asks for a quote it triggers a lot of work on staff. Emily and Amy are always so willing to help with a smile, no matter how many requests I make!
