5 /5 Jacquelyn Chin: Harris personal injury really helped me out! My car got totaled in March 2024 & I got a concussion, headaches, dizziness & other related post-accident symptoms. The underinsured driver’s insurance offered me $250 for my injuries (which felt like a slap in the face!) so my grandpa suggested I get a lawyer. The team really helped me out by getting all my doctor’s appointments on attorney lean so I didn’t have to pay until the case was settled. We ended up settling for $30,000, which covered my health visits, payment to Harris personal injury, and some for me. Much better than $250! This was my first time working with a lawyer so I was nervous, of course. It’s definitely worth the time & energy if the at-fault driver is underinsured. And their team was genuinely responsive & guided me through the process. A HUGE shoutout to Dulce Vargas, who was really great at reminding me to send over documents & coordinate care. 1 /5 Bobby Walker: I spoke to the intake person at Harris and they took my case. I signed the papers and everything. He told me that it was assigned to an attorney then the case manager was dealing with me and for weeks would not answer my emails then finally I spoke to the attorney after kept calling And he said that they didn’t have time for my case after they made me rack up lots of doctor bills then he also said that he wasn’t the attorney that he assigned to other attorneys which the guy that assigned it to attorney said this particular guy was my attorney so it was a bunch of liesso now I’m stuck with Dr. bills and no one for my case if I could give them a -5 I would
