Laura Lorena Martinez I had such great service here. Maria went above and beyond. I’m not a person that likes to write reviews but this Maria’s customer service was just excellent. She was nice and so thorough .It was past closing time and instead of rushing me out and shutting me down she still made sure I understood E V E R Y T H I N G and got the help I needed. A week or so after I called and she knew who I was and still was able to explain everything to me and with same great attitude. She didn’t seem annoyed she was very sweet and charismatic. That right there is great customer service… you need anything from this place look for Maria !!!

Cary Jiang UPDATE: AVOID THIS "BANK" AT ALL COSTS. They keep your money in transfer for days to get free interests, in complete disregard for the inconvenience and financial damages it may cause you or the recipient, I submitted an international wire transfer. Called to confirm all the details. However the transfer has not gone through after more than a week despite their app saying "completed". The branch says they are unable to check the status so Ill have to call their customer service. Customer service says its still in "clearing" - havent even left the US yet. They have no set date for the completion. I ask to cancel the transfer. They agreed but then told me that it will take at least two days for them to review the cancellation request - and the reversal may or may not succeed!! According to them, I may also receive less than the original amount because of currency rate fluctuations, so they are essentially charging me the bid-ask spread for money they sat on for days. I am filing a complaint to CFPB and OCC. -- The branch and relationship manager is fine. HOWEVER for a simple transaction - be prepared to spend hours on the phone talking to their customer service center in India and their broken phone app.

Calli girl This year tax experience has the best out of all the years Ive been doing them . Its all because norella she is truly the best . She does her job well. And listens and answer any kind of question you might have . You have went over and beyond. I hope Jackson Hewitt knows how lucky they are to have an employee like you.
